TV- Producer/Director/self-shooter

I’m a highly motivated, creative, BAFTA award-winning producer/director who brings energy and ideas to their work and has crafted story across observational, popular and specialist factual. I'm able to take complicated material and make it engaging for different audiences and I’ve built a reputation for delivering quality factual content to network, cable streamers (Incl Disney+, Nat Geo, BBC, C4, C5, A&E, PBS).

I have excellent people, communication and access skills and am able to establish rapport quickly with contributors, stakeholders and clients. I've a proven track record of securing, or managing, access to organisations, institutions and individuals (incl police, child protection, air traffic control, hospitals and military veterans)

I've extensive international, expedition and adventure filming experience and am particularly strong at building trust across cultural divides and worked in wilderness, adventure, high risk and hostile environments (incl Yukon,Guatemala, Nepal, Africa, Ukraine), I particularly enjoy working on anthropological and international cultural projects.

I'm HEFAT certified and have produced numerous complex risk assessments and managed complex shoot logistics and schedules.

I am visually strong and creative- both as a self shooter with my own kit but equally I enjoy crafting high-end look and visuals with DoPs.

I’m experienced directing on-screen talent- both high profile and emerging. (incl Albert Lin, Mobeen Azhar, David Olusoga). And I've got more than 12 years experience in the edit, at times managing across multiple cutting rooms and I can also edit myself to rough assembly.

I speak good Spanish and passable Italian and hold both a UK and Swiss (EU) passport.
