About
I’m a BAFTA award-winning documentary filmmaker and Director based in London, creating compelling factual content including for Disney +, BBC, National Geographic, Channel 4, Channel 5, Youtube and corporate clients. With over twenty years’ experience in the industry I specialise in history, travel, adventure and human-interest documentaries that combine strong narrative, cinematic visuals and emotional connection.
I’ve led filming in some of the world’s most remote and challenging locations — from deserts and jungles to mountains and war zones — managing small teams and complex logistics while maintaining creative focus and calmness under pressure. I’m known for my collaborative approach, visual storytelling, and ability to draw out authenticity and warmth from contributors.
My work has been viewed by millions worldwide, including Earth’s Sacred Wonders (20M+ YouTube views), and Tea: One Cup, a Thousand Stories (200M+ online views in China alone).
Outside of production, I’m a father of two, husband of one, and happiest in wild places — hiking, paddle-boarding, wild swimming and foraging for porcini. A lifelong traveller, I’ve written for The Independent and previously ran cultural tours in Spain..
Looking forward to the next adventure…
