I’m a dad to two children and I adore spending time in nature and wild places- and while I live in London, Scotland is my happy place. I hike, paddle board, wild swim and attempt to play badminton and hockey.  Son of a caterer, I love food - both cooking and consuming - and in the case of porcini - foraging too. I’m an avid traveller and have written several articles for The Independent. I lived for a year in Spain, and fell in love with the country and its people, running cultural tours there for a number of years, post uni, before moving into tv and documentary. Oh…and I’m a political podcast junkie.
